very useful, really.

Shame

This app with the new update is a tragedy. Before it worked without any problems,but now its only a shame.

Dont update!

Unfortunately the update has taken a great app and made it complicated and hard to use. Shambles.

Convenient

Very easy to use and also we can get updated information regarding usage of minutes and data.

Its easy to check how much data is left without going to the website. Good peace of mind.

I like it

Everything is there in the app but I hope they can make it easy specially for getting information about the package doesnt show their also very difficult to get support or chat support

Youre out of signal

Thats all this app will say when I run it. I have a 4G active connection with EE. I also tried wireless via an O2 hotspot, then I was stuck in a loop with "Unable to download item". I liked the previous version, with the meters for voice, data, and text.

Thank you EE for firing the development team that was employing design principles from the late 1990s in the development of your mobile app. The new team had an excellent grasp of basic design principles that make using the app less than a complete displeasure to use. Can you call HSBC and let them know of your discovery of modern app design?

Terrible

It is either a "there was a problem, its not you its us" error message or the app telling me I have no signal despite having a 4g connection. So far, I havent been able to use the app since the update!

the app was barely usable before, now they botched it completely. guys from EE, check Russias Megafon app to see how an efficient mobile app should work

Although hand the update has made it annoying

Previous Version would either automatically sign you in or allow Touch ID. This version does neither and you have to type your password every time. Also most things used to be done through the app, now it just keeps taking you to external links for which you need to sign in again. Signing in twice in app and through external links renders this app pointless

Really miss touch authentication

The design is pretty good (although having to redirect to the website to see some info is annoying) but more than anything it is irritating that I now have to type in my password every time instead of using Touch Authentication.

Problem with data

Impossible to see the data I have used...

Bug and slow

Cant see the current data usage for a while and really slow..!

Always bugs and crashes, and super slow.

Easy to use but crashes often

Would recommend though because it is rather useful

Does its Purpose

This app serves its purpose and saves you a call to Customer Support. That being said, it is slow to load some pages fairly frequently and the tool to let you find a store open up a map in safari. It should really open in Maps so you could navigate to the store.

Bugs

the idea is brilliant but the info account is not acurate also not up to date and there are a lot of bugs so I thing it is not the right app to check your pocket
