Feels not native. Switching between pages takes a lot of time. Launch video should be removed to make the app size smaller!! Does its work though.

Doesnt work. Always crash and u cannot login to see your plan or anything! I want back my tmobile app

Cant buy data add-on and it looks like theyve been aware of the issue for at least a couple of months! had EE for less than a week and going to switch tomorrow morning.

Cant login with my UK T-Mobile account. "Sorry, this service is unavailable, try again later."

I like the set up. It is vet friendly.

I must say that this app is fantastic and with every update it just gets better and better. Never before have I been able to see how much data I have left or how much Ive gone over my bill so easy; it allows me to be in complete control of my bill at all times.

The App. is simple to use and does not crash. Interface is a little busy - I dont want to be told of your other deals & services when I access my account because I want info. relating to my account and not marketing. Overall, Im happy.

This app is useless since it doesnt have proper support from EE nor T-Mobile, its just a waste of time to go through the whole sign up process since at the end the website says that their systems are down and they are working to fix that (its been three weeks now). Im switching to another carrier.

Limited functionality. Poorly executed UI. Pushes you to EE mobile web for many functions without being able to execute within the app.

Initially worked great then in a week I couldnt login. I had forgotten both user and password and tried to reset but in mobile and on laptop stated it could not find account. I called tech support and they told me my username would be my number and I could reset by pressing a button which they werent clear on. I sensed Nelson just wanted to get off the phone. At the moment I cant use the funds I have to purchase the ad dons I need so the phone will be useless when I run out. The person in EE store told me I should go to Apple store to fix this problem. Im quite exhausted!

Lots of hard work went into this app its looks beautiful. My problem is Im on tmobile and when I turn off wifi it does not pull up my account figured it would if I logged in but I dont care to. Please fix but Im giving you 5 stars because this app in working action would be incredible. Look at the reviews for the my tmobile app then fix yours even more. And get word out. You got a big thing going here

This is a clear simple app that shows me my spending and I especially like seeing a pie of my data use and how long until it tops up. Nice.

Shiny new update rolled out, now crashes on opening (iOS 7.1). And the day after a 12 hour service outage! Bravo!

Very useful apps and easy to use

I downloaded the app with the hope that it was going to be a great app and not like the previous version of my tmobile. Being a tmobile customer I already have an account setup with tmobile online. I tried to log in so many many times and never was able to get the through the sign in process it says it doesnt recognize my credentials tried one and many more times until today I gave up. Do you guys even test this apps to see if they work properly how can tmobile being such a big company just let this app run like this. So sad. The tmobile online its way easier to navigate why dont they just out that in an app.

This is a completely dysfunctional app. Dont waste your time!!

It doesnt function at all smoothly or quickly Even writing this review from their site link took 4 attempts. The lay-out is great but clicking on a link for top-up or usage information, takes at least 3 tries before not receiving an error message

Uses a lot of data, slow, and redirects you to the website for anything important.
